What if my runner runs past without looking up?+
Our team actively cheers and calls out your runner's name as they approach. We're runners ourselves — we know exactly what it takes to break someone's tunnel vision at mile 13. If the moment doesn't land, we refund you in full.
Where exactly will the screen be on the course?+
We're targeting the final miles in downtown San Diego where crowds are thickest and runners need the biggest boost. We'll confirm the exact spot closer to race day and email all confirmed bookings.
I don't know my runner's bib number yet. Can I still book?+
Yes — reserve your spot now and send the bib number when you have it. Runners typically receive bib numbers a few days before the event. We just need it before race day.
